I would like the gearbox, as the skeg is better than mine.
This engine is I think beyond economical restoration, but the value of the good bits must make it worth buying to break.
To restore it you would need the correct transom bracket, correct cylinder, fuel tank mounting bracket, throttle lever, tank cap, fuel pipe.
So I agree that those who want bits should club together and buy it.

Trying to make a list of what's needed to restore it to a complete example, H-A is quite right it needs a lot.
Cylinder
Tank supports
Tank straps (Jubilee clip version)
Filler cap
Fuel tap
Fuel pipe
Air Intake (can't see carb, may need carb)
Tiller arm
Throttle lever
Complete transom bracket assembly
Tiller wing nut
Prop (that's a later one I suspect, not made of the same stuff)
Tiller grip
and of course we don't know if the crankshaft/driveshaft/pinion shaft is the original..
That's more than half of it.
