just one teencey weencey little thing wrong here!
FERGAL, move the exhaust clamp at the top of the exhaust tube 180 degrees so that the bolt sits between the torque tube and exhaust tube, that way the motor won't suddenly jump into gear?
the idea is that the clutch rod will sit on top of the flat section of the clamp and cannot drop down until sideways and up movement on the clutch lever is imposed.
(took me a while to work that one out but does leave scratch marks on the clamp and exhaust tube but works a treat)
still not sure about the fuel tap though!
as long as you like it, thats all that matters.
