Splitting the barrel from the crankcase won't make any of the water jackets more accessible. Some advantage may be gained by dropping the exhaust tube and the water pipe and doing a bit of scraping up there.

This morning I tried to start the engine and I am glad I saw out daal hole discharge a quantity of small reddish lumps that I had off last night with the thin screwdriver.
I left the engine running for about ten minutes and I saw that the water discharge has become clear sign that many of the deposits have been removed.
The temperature of the cylinder seems acceptable because you can not touch it with a finger without burning, even with the engine running.
Certainly will provide a deep cleaning the cylinder during the restoration work that I intend to tackle in the fall and thank you very explanatory Hugz photo will save me a lot of work.
Finally I must say I am very happy with the engine and above all I have to thank all members of the forum who have labored in tips and tricks to be able to resuscitate my baby
