We must be careful, the seller admits to a lack of knowledge but the excessive use of insulation tape has me worried (leaking tank may be). Good call though HA it made me chuckle. :P

he should try running it in water ,that would be a good start.
hope someone told him before he ruined the engine,we need to save all the seagull we can.
i'm a recent convert to seagulls and its enough to make you cry what some people do to engines .
he said he didnt know anything about outboards but i would have thought he knew they went in water.
