Is it possible to increase water flow in a century by installing a multiblade impellor similar to the QB series ??

I am not sure why you would want to do this.
The 102 runs very cool,infact it takes quite a while to get the choke off.
Are you sure there are no blockages in cooling water passages?
You should get a good flow of water from head and it should only just feel warm with motor working at 3/4
throttle.

I've since stripped down one of my Century 100's. The cylinder head came off ok because of studs and nuts instead of bolts. I cleaned out the rust and gunge. Reassembled whole thing ............ took it for a run out and your right .... no more overheating ...... brilliant.

I want to do the same to the other 100, but the head is on with bolts and its 1958 model ...... the bolts are bound to shear. If i get a pillar drill I'll drill out and maybe re thread. Has anybody rethreaded rather than try to clean out the old threads ?

I found that my bolts sheared flush with the face of the head.

Then once you get the head off a pair of Mole Grips and loads of heat on the broken bolts got them out with no need for rethreading.

I then replaced the bolts with nuts and studs.
