Hello
sorry for my english , I don't have the technical vocabulary reason why I put some pictures in order to explain my problem.
I bought a seagull FPL 873 AO a couple of weeks ago, even if the outboard works fine there is a leak on the fuel tap .
I wonder if a filter is missing or something like that ?
Please see the two pictures (first is the fuel tap and second is the special screw .
Thanks for your help

you need to make the cork swell. Put the tap in boiling water for around 10 minutes. See FAQ page. If that doesn't cure the leak. Cheap repacement corks are on ebay but look under motor cycle parts not outboards.

I believe that he pays to run this forum.

There should be a filter on the part of the fuel tap that is screwed into the tank, that will not have anything to do with it leaking from the part you show. Boil the part you show in the photo, 2-3 minutes is usually enough, it should fit very tightly into the fuel tap after boiling in water.
