There wont no such thing as a cut off switch on t'old Seagulls. 'Cable throttle stop adjustment was set up t 'kill motor when throttle lever were closed shut............lord mick wrote:............how do you switch it off when started as i cant find a cut off switch can anybody help thanx

First thing to do is check that your plug and points are scrupulously clean and set them at 20tho.
If you still don't have a spark change your HT lead!
Once she fires up you can then control the revs using the throttle cable adjusting screw on top of the carb, trial and error! Look on the site for starting and stopping procedures, everything is here on this site once you look around, Good luck.

Hey thanx guys im new to all this its all a learing curve ive got a day off on monday so the tool kits out cheers again
