here we go

aged baseplates and shagged coils ....any clever tips to seperate and retain the baseplate intact ??
Neal...errrr... an ON, OP, 2xSD, F, 3xSJP, LLS, 2xFV, FVP, FPC, CPC WPCL, WSC, and a few eggs hatching, hopefully

I have yet to successfully take one apart without breakages somewhere, you get the feeling that it's just not meant to be.

The very old ones (before the mid forties) are no trouble at all.
