I suggest you try John Williams, failing that Ebay.

Re: Model 75 waterpump housing wanted
The part you require is C100 1358, no longer available from Seagull, if John can't find one, you might be out of luck, the last new one I managed to find was about 3 years ago & cost me £35 + p&p.
Your best chance if this part is essential to your quest, is buy a model 75 & break it & sell the parts you don't need, you might make enough, to get the bit you want for free.
The trouble is that the model 75 came out in 1978 so is a very late model & is one of the more desirable Century's & there are not too many about.

I may have one...or I may not, If I catergorically say I have and it turns out not, just think how eager everyone will be to correct me! Makes my head spin just thinking about it.
It came off a sealed clutched 12:30 gearbox so it is not a Century part...take cover...
Is it illustrated in the spares book?
And no you can't have a pic because as previously stated in another thread I don't have a working camera...any distinguishing features, tatoos etc?
wuff wuff

The model 75 had a sealed clutched 12:30 gearbox & the water pump housing fits the top of the gearbox & the bottom of the exhaust tube, & has a suitable hole for the clutch rod.

That's it!
That is exactly what a model 75 lower unit looks like!

I think i'd rather barter so to quote the late James Dean, 'Hey babe, what you got'?
What did the one on Ebay sell for, pray tell? By the way I also have a decent SC block that I may part with...
So a model 75 is rare? Wow I have a rare Seagull. How exciting. How about a model 55? Also rare?
Charles, one thing that bugs me a bit about the 75. Is it supposed to have the 'classic' clutch lever similar to the type found on a 102 or the other really horrid spindly thing that breaks easily? The parts book states code C1390 but the illustration is unclear. Thanks.

How much? Blinking flip. Jacob, I have some bad news. Just rooted through the boxes. The one prepared for my model 75 is indeed such a part. The one in my spares bin is not, must be from a Century or summat. Sorry pal, genuine mistake.

If you wait long enough you can find more of these "rare" engines.
Bit like buses really.
Here's another one
