Re: nice find
I guess if you are going to stamp "Seagull" onto that spanner then there is not much choice other than to split into syllables, no space la

Re: nice find
Tam,
The last photo of FVP8035 showed it complete and looking great. I didn't think that you would strip it right down, but perhaps you want to check it over. Anyway, I am sure that you will have it up and running very soon and on the loch accompanied with your fishing gear.
I have just got my FVP8925 assembled and have given it its first run in the estuary:- Jeremy

Re: nice find
Jeremy "brand new" might be a bit of a stretch, that FVP is the same age as me & showing a lot less signs of it's age, though the piston, drive shaft & water delivery tube look used, but with loads of TLC & only in freshwater right next to the waste water pipes of a single malt distillery!
Perhaps our new government should give some thought to repairing Hadrian's wall & making it fit for purpose, maybe that will stop our skirt wearing brethren turning up all these brilliant "barn finds" & rubbing our disjointed English noses in it!
Has anyone noticed how their leader's surnames seem to reflect their ambitions, as they move their national dish away from offal toward Caviar via Salmon & their daughter's Christian names move from Iron Bru to Chardonnay.
Excellent clean up Tam, to the perfect level!

Re: nice find
Looking good now Tam.
Mind you, it looked good before you stripped it as well.
Just hope the tank turns out looking just as good when it's finished
