Thank you all for your help. (I am late in replying, sorry) But after removing the flywheel to replace the sparkplug cable, cleaning out a seriously dirty fuel tank,finding a fuel tank cap, cleaning the entire exterior of the motor, repainting the painted parts, cleaning out the gearbox and refilling with fresh gear oil, IT RUNS! Runs I tell you.
I could not have accomplished any of this without the boards help Thank you John & all.
