I had a surprice with a Seagull GFPC !
The engine runs with no problem , good start up , good slow runing.
But when I disassembled the Bing carburator , I can see that there is no needle!
The number of the carburator is 10/14/106.
I must say that I don't understand ......
There is Bing without needle?
The previous owner has lost the needle and like the engine runs without, he did not put a new needle?
Strange but I think that the mixture should be very rich!!
If someone has an answer , I take!
Bing without needle !

Re: Bing without needle !
There are other types of Bing carb but the number you quote is the correct type for the Seagull. It should have a needle. See the diagram on the SOS website.
