Anzani Pilot?

Does anyone know if this is actually an Anzani Pilot, there are some similarities with the shape of the cylinder block and head to the model I am more familiar with. Is it a very late version?

I have never seen an Anzani like it, looks more omc then uk.
Or could be a Firestone 3.5hp.

Just searched for Firestone outboards and found this page:

So I guess it is a Scott-Atwater Firestone.
