This is covered in faq's but I have tried the plasticene trick and it is still stuck, any other ideas? thanks

My EFNR gear change lever was really jammed, and I had to disassemble the gear box to get it out...a year later, it is still a put-back-together project...

thanks, I won't be taking mine apart then, back to the plasticene!
