That looks very much like a pre 1957 Mallard made by C. H. Haley & co in Leicester.
It should have no throttle cable & a very strange "carb" on the front of the crankcase.
The revs are changed by moving the lever on the magneto base plate, which moves the spark timing.
1 hp, 32 cc a cute little motor when restored.

Not sure maybe £100 to £250 depending on condition & if it runs.
Not very many about but quite collectable, as it's small.

I only know it from these pics, the asked price is about 30, and there is something wrong with the gearcase, and I presume that spares is impossible to retrieve.
Perhaps better to forget it .
