Knackered thread, Villiers carb

Hi all, can someone give me some advice please!
Just picked up another 40+ and the thread is knackered where the banjo union bolt screws into the body, can this be sorted or is it doomed!

Search previous posts, someone has cured this problem in the last 10 weeks or so.
