hi i wish to custermise my seagull to fit to my boat
from a long sharft to a short shaft.
is there any drawbacks from doing this.????????

i am thinking of shortning the leg on my seagull 5 hp
by cutting the exsorst/ drive and water pipe so it fitts on my boat in the well. any coments please

my seagull is a 102 with a diffrent head the rest is as standerd . not to shore how old the coil is becose it looks in good condition.

i was thinking of changing to contackless ignition . as it is my back up.

i will have a bisiy winter as my mainmotor will be servisted and my boat is going to ...

regardinding relieabilty i have allways been happy with my seagull, the only reasen for it failing is me forgeting something
