I have a couple of outboards, that are dismantled, and are in a box. I think the cylinder head looks familiar. I will try to get it out in the next week, and compare. If it’s the same, then I will be interested in a cylinder head, and ...

It looks to me, like the transom bracket attaching mount is broken?
Do you have the transom clamps, and associated parts?
If not, you may have to custom make something.

What a fabulous looking boat. I was tempted to bid, but part of my family, wouldn’t be happy.

Just as an update. Previous owner has just replied, that the original transom bracket is not available, and presumably lost over the years.
Such a shame, as he was a bit of a hoarder, and seemed to have saved most things.

Looks to be in nice condition.
Probably a good deal, for a collector.

As an update, I recently found the correct front cover, and tiller arm, for my ensign outboard.
Hopefully it will be an easy restoration
