Is it possible to detect if a carb has been converted without removing the jets? Dont have spanner and John has run out.

A pic of ignition. The points were very cruddy, a light clean and now have a spark. the tank is ready to be sprayed, filled the dents. Considered the freezer method but it seemed rather hit and miss, could imagine the ends popping off. The carb next, is it possible to determine if converted to 25:1 ...
