I have been offered a motor with this code WPOL 160 9 EE3
I dont seame to be able to identify it from that.
what should the price be in UK ? And is it a good motor ?

I suspect it should be WPCL a Century Plus Clutch Drive. they sell for up to £80 to £100 here in the UK if in good running order.

They had slightly less power than the later version with the Amal 2 jet, but the blocks were less liable to corrosion, so have out lasted their replacements!

by the way I have sent off a pair of gearbox screws to you for that 102 of yours!
