In-Flight Refuelling

Now Gentlemen...
No, I'm not talking about tanker aircraft and fast jets doing crazy, almost sexual things at high speed and altitude....
But the principle is almost the same
Re-fuelling out on the briny is a bit of a hazardous balancing exercise over the stern,( nautical term, but blunt backy bit for some
) and getting the placcy nozzle into ( and out of) the tank as the boat is bucking around like a demon possessed, is more than tricksy never mind the fuel spilt enroute
So... has anyone had a go at converting a tank fuel cap to accommodate one of those more (ahem ahem) modern squeezy bulb fuel lines found on the 'competitors' fuel tanks that sit neatly under-thwart....(yes, that's another nautical term for those of the 'Run It In A Wheelie Bin' persuasion, not a derisive design comment on the fiddly 'Gull tilt retaining hook)
look forward to hearing any clever little japes that don't rely on 1/2 doz bent coat-hangers and copious strips of Gaffer tape (note another Nautical Reference ... crumbs, on fire today)
Neal
