Mystery throttle

Can anyone tell me what this is off, I found it in the shed today!

I'd say that is off a 70s seagull.

That's a very common villiers throttle lever. Early 60's onwards for these ones. Fits century's and 40's that normally have the villiers carb to match.

The older villiers throttle levers have a much longer and skinnier moving part, often referred to as a "long arm throttle".

Quite easy to tell the difference between the two.
