spark plug cover

Need help installing spark plug cover. Any hints? Missing rubber sleeve. Is cover lined with any close fitting rubber? Currently have high tension lead attached to plug with nut tightened firmly.

Not near motor or cover. However, number #36 on page 7 or spares booklet.

No item #36 on page 7 in either of my spares booklets

Mark 1 villiers ignition assembly #36 in the service manual, is a standard seagull plug cap, later types are available.
