Saving Old Seagulls

Hi All,
I recently purchased this little darling ??
I was told its an early model Seagull, and very rare, as the previous owner said he had never seen another !
I think the motor is original, but the cowling is wrong LOL
Anybody have a clue as to what the lower unit is from ?
I will probably repaint the cowl, fit a new Seagull decal, and she will be a little beaut. LOL
Photos may be wrong size ?

Yes, Its a Victa lawnmower engine. I would like to know what the lower unit is from. Maybe I will find the correct engine for it someday.

The bottom ends a BMB Britannia.

I think I know where I can get a parts outboard.
I think I have heard that the BMB motors had Head / Block Corrosion problems, probably like most water cooled motors.
