Hi there!

My name is Niko, and I live in Finland. I joined the Seagull Scene maybe a month ago. I've got a 1967 Century (100) Plus long shaft model. I was looking for something old to restore, and more or less stumbled upon this one. It had been used until the early 1970's, when it was replaced with something more modern and placed in a basement where it sat until I bought it.
I tore it down to pieces, cleaned everything up, greased and lubed it real good. Put it back together, and after a few pulls it started right up! But wow, what a freaking loud little engine!

Pictures of the engine can be found on my engine blog:

Take a look a my blog if you like, you may find it quite interesting. I keep updating it as much as I can.
Comment if you like, and share your tips and ideas.

Cheers!

Welcome on board! I saw some interesting subjects on your blog, I will read it carefully later.

Niko sounds like a Greek name, any relation?

Cheers
Stelios
