Depends on how fast you want to go. I guess the 364 means 3.64 M ? My guess maybe 8 km/Hr.

thanks Phil I dont need to go fast 8 km is enough, its 11,11 foot, they have some funny boats here for river fishing they use 28 foot long 3 foot wide flat bottom boats with 5/6 hp motor and they are very fast.

A 12' scruffie design called a shimmy, it is a wooden lug rigged sailing boat

It is a semi displacement hull and top speed is governed by the waterline length unless you can get it to plane. a small seagull pushed my 14ft very happily and a 6hp suzuki didn't make it go much faster.
Very similar to yours but 150kg.

- crescent 42 (13ft 8") though it looks smaller on the water

Very good sea keeping qualities. Loads of freeboard. Doesn't suffer from slap as do many flatter or triple hulls. I don't go out when the weather is rough but I have been caught out a few times and this is a good boat in rough seas.

Have a look at " Thames Rowing Skiff tent"
Quite a common thing in its day, you can still hire them on the Thames.
