Wondering what this out board is? Its advertised on Buy swap & sell Yorkepeninsular on facebook. Its advertised as a 1934,5HP for $400, collector value $700???

Australian "Gold Cheetah".
4Hp 1960ish.
Complete original running with recoil starter attached......$400.00
I see no recoil so $250.00
