Hi does anyone want to swap a BMB outboard for any old seagull. I have been reliably informed by one of the moderators here its a 1948 twin cylinder The good news is its all there, it does run to a degree and the bad news is it needs an amal carb body and one of the engine core plugs needs repairing. Its situated in Wolverhampton if anyone wants a look or i can send photos.

Hi Steve 66,
I do have a BMB which does need some parts, need to be sure your motor is the same model, if you could send me pics it would be great. I have shed loads of seagulls, Charlesp will tell you!!
Perhaps you could put them up on this site or alternatively email me at lane190 m at btinternet.com

Andy - you might want to change that email in your post to

*your name) (at) your node so that it isnt a valid email link, but tells people who want to reach you your email information. People write 'bots' that scan the internet for valid emails, and then sell your email to spammers who will fill your inbox with ads for viiagra, nigerian bank services, and NOS Marstons
