That is a 125 prop, no other prop will fit & work without changing the prop shaft, and Seagull did not make another prop suitable for this powerhead.
Did you check the big end?

Look at the inside of the prop it's got a rubber cushion hub, can't remember if it has a sheerpin as I scrapped my one as it had a dead big end.

Those engines are very prone to big end caps failing I believe. Suggest you heed CharlesUK's advice re the big end.
Don't rev it hard in neutral, or the big end could let go. You might be able to obtain a replacement big end cap of you ask around, as a few people have made them I believe?

That's a red line at 4250 maximum if the standard big end & crank journal is in perfect condition.

Turn the prop by hand does the prop shaft move?

Critical question! It had happened twice to me, tried to turn the flywheel in vain. Luckily the first engine had sucked ropes that had stuck under the pump rotor and the second had a so rusted drive shaft that it had swollen and stuck in the shaft's housing
Are those bronze big end caps obtainable?

Does the prop turn on the prop shaft. eg; if your turning the prop, does the prop shaft turn with it. Or is it still.

It has begun, took a while but at last have started to strip/look for the broken bits.
Drive shaft is oil all drained (was not much in there)
Can't get a further need the correct size allen key and rest of bolts/screws seized, so all sprayed with wd40.....
