That's exactly the same model as the last one, series 3 OA, look at that start price, gentlemen you lit that fire!

The guy had no feedback so whoever gets it..needs to pick it up also!
on about that i bought something recently off someone with no feedback...the items simply didn't turn up!
Its strange he knows its old maybe hes guessing as to value but he doesn't know what it is...yet

No thank you! I have now started looking at other 1930s outboards that are just as interesting and finding far more sensible prices.

Why spend silly money on an item that will require possibly as much again spending on it? Crackers and sooner or later somebody will spend silly money only to discover the gearbox or cylinder is scrap and no replacement is available. it won't seem a very good investment then.

Having said that I've just seen a Vincent in pieces in a box go for over £20k :o

Yes definitely i would want one to be completely mechanically sound otherwise its just a useless expensive ornament!
problem for me is im too far out of the way up here :lol:
