PERKINS 4.5HP 1063 TWIN

Post by DEVONCLARET »

:? hi i have a perkins 4.5hp that has been rebuilt and now runs smooth as silk with one eception i have no propeller
is there anyone out there with a propeller to fit mine
the measurments for the propeller are as follows
8inch x 4inch pitch left hand rotation that fits on a 14mm shaft
i have been looking for what seems like a lifetime with no joy
if i still have not found one by sept 2012 then it will be sold for spares
which is a shame as far to good to brake for parts
or if a offer comes in will take if price near what i want

I have a Perkins twin in the shed, in bits, broken con-rod, other than that its a runner.
Don't know what hp it is, will have to go and look.
I picked it up as a restoration job, but found Someone had attacked the pistons with a hammer.
They also did this motor under other names, I think Anzani did it as well as others.

Perkins is Oliver.

Go here, they will sell you parts etc. You will have no problems whatsoever.
