British Anzani 1.5 Pilot thread size

Post by Cheshire Cat 4 »

Can anybody tell me the thread & size of the flywheel nut on an Anzani 1.5 Pilot
I am trying to help a friend in Finland to rebuild one of these and the nut has gone

My Pilots don't have a nut. Must be a different model.

Removal of the starting pulley will reveal the flywheel nut which on my Pilot is 7/16 BSF.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Steve,
Is the 7/16" BSF nut in question just an ordinary flat nut or is it shaped in any way
