I feel deprived not having a shearing shed, the nearest two looks like an Anzanis.

How much is that in sterling?

A good guess but definitely not a woolshed which when built with a mezzanine floor always had an elevator installed so as to provide relief on the hocks of the prime animals.
This ensured they are not stressed come the wool cutting stage, usually after about 2-3 days of R and R.
Perhaps this was a sheep resort near some holiday beach , built to ensure meeting the full RSPA laws, allowing the sheep to feel fully intergrated into NZ society and for sheep needing restorative treatment before being tossed back onto the harsh grass covered fields which abound here and higher up into the mountain meadows.Perhaps in more enlightened times we will learn to eat less attractive animals.
Whatever, not a woolshed.
Ideal collection for me but I ain'nt got $2300 to spare, well not while someones watching like a hawk and she is.
I'm still gonna get to check them over though, the seagulls that is.
Good going seagulls go for $150 - $300 around here , on a good day, so if this collection is very good, with some top notch older models( looks like 1950's onward so maybe not) an average price of $230 is kinda acceptible .
The Anzanis are not in the deal from what I can make out.

Well in the 2 I've been in in the Taupo area, the stock pens were down stairs with a ramp up to the shearing floor, if fact I posted pictures of 1 on here on a thread about sheds.

The sheds in the Taupo area are an exception, as they have to build higher to escape rising damp from lake Taupo itself.
Sheep are very prone to emotional damage when afflicted by rising damp.
A viewing of such damage is recommended.

Besides, the Taupo area is much better for growing pine trees than sheep.

It is the wrong gradient for stairs but too steep for sheep ramp. Possibly used for the fleece to slide down to the sorters and graders. Probably an external ramp outside from a pen. Love the old kero etc stationary motors that drove the wool clippers through a series of pulleys etc. Most are electric now....

All this excitement over a set of stairs

I'm not worried about any excessive excitement about a set of stairs, at all.
Could be a stairway to heaven, 39 steps and all.
What has got me intrigued is why a bunch of sheep would want to collect a flock of seagulls,
Seems crazy, sometimes things just leave me bewildered.
Imagine trying to put a 25=1 jet into an Amal carb with a hoof?
Like this afternoon when an old friend called around and I cornered him into discussing seagulls.
He informed me of someone he knows who has just wrecked a 40 plus, insisting to the point of no return, that the correct oil mixture is 50=1.
Then I showed him this site here and of course he was fully impressed.
