Recoil Starter for WSPC

poking about on the site I have seen some seagulls with recoil starters...dont like the one in a sort of cage but there seems to be a neat looking round one .....can this be retrofitted or what model do I have to look for to obtain one.....Thanks in advance...

It looks like a lot of model had them, post 1980's
But someone will know better.

Earliest one I've seen over here was on a Dec.'77 WSPC They appear to fit any similar crankcases.
