Saving Old Seagulls

is it much of a job to change a long shaft into a short one. i live in co mayo ireland, and intend to use my century plus on lough conn witch is shallowish in places round the margins .

These are the atachments i use to convert my Century motor to long shaft, which is short shaft at the present. The part you need to get will be a short shaft outer drive tube that the motor & gearbox atach to. The other orig parts I just cut down to the shorter dimensions.
