Saving Old Seagulls

There is a huge amount of useful information in the old pages - but the page 3 and Guest Page hotspots at the top of the present Guest Forum don't seem to be reliable, and of course 2003 and 2004 are missing.
I wonder if it's possible to reload all archives in a separate section, with a search facility?
