How many motors have contributed to this beast?

Carb is from one

Tank from another.

Bracket from a third

Block from another.

Crank from yet another...

I reckon 5 - any advance?

Perhaps that's why the description says "Here we have a very rare classic seagull 3 - 4 hp brass boat outboard engine."

Think the carb, tank and gear box may go together. The rest of it's all over the place!
