Saving Old Seagulls

This outboard was bought in 1957 and given a reconditioned engine by British Seagull, Poole, Dorset, in December 1964 - number SJPR6524. Until 1976, it was used on a GP 14, Solo and Mirror, and since then has been stored indoors. Without another pair of hands, I have been unable to do a test run.
