HT Lead on Fortyminus

Just bought a Forty minus and not too familiar with it. The HT lead insulation round the conducting wire(s) has broken just where it enters the flywheel assembly. Can see sparks! Needs to be fixed - but how?
How do I get into the flywheel assembly?
The lead is already short so I imagine I will need a new lead?
Is the Forty minus lead special or are all the Seagull HT leads the same?

the leads for the villiers ignition are all the same,
you don't need to get into the ignition to remove the lead, it is held in by a spring clip thingy on the magneto, you can get a lead off john, his prices are good.

A new HT lead is a good thing to go for, it isn't just the deteriorating insulation, it's the deterioration you can't see. All that copper has been oxidising away for years.
