Saving Old Seagulls

I've just got a speedboat hull. It's 14'6" long and 6'6" wide and just an open boat with a small front deck. The transom is 22" and the bottom of the hull is a 'v' shape at the back. I am just going to use it for fishing on a freshwater lake so no tides or currents to think about. What size/model seagull would be more suitable? Thanks

Longshaft Century or Silver Century. It won't be a fast speedboat with any Seagull though.
