No Spark

Hi iam am having trouble with my model 90 it would not start so checked all i could i clamped the spark plug in to the clamp for earth and could not get a spark of any sort any help appreciated as had just got 3 cans of fuel and about to take our first good trip up the Cleddau.

I believe your 90 model has electronic ignition, so it seems likely it is either a faulty ignition module, or possibly the plug lead if you're lucky! you may be able to find an electronic ignition on Ebay. Not sure about interchangeability of magnetos on these newer models - here in Aberdaron we rarely see anything so modern!

Yes the 90 has CD ignition and they are an exchange unit....
