Missing compensator

Hello,

My seagull GFP is missing it's compensator as the picture below shows. Does anyone know where I can get one - or perhaps how I could make one? I thought a Muller-Light yogurt container with appropriate sized aperture would suffice :D

Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Give John at Saving Old Seagulls a call. Number at the top of the page.....

Alternatively the pictures below may give an idea of the relative dimensions and prompt ideas for further substitutes.........

Martyn:

I have one on my seagull and I could send detailed pics and specs. The part is so rediculously simple that I think you could make a perfectly adequate substitute. All it is is a tea tin top that snaps into place. If John can't find one, let me know and I send out some pics for you.

Thanks Guys,

Having seen your pictures I think I should be able to make something up, it doesn't look like the precision instrument I thought it might be :)

Kind Regards,
Martyn
