minor error on the label of the photo I believe . you have labelled it 1/8 bsp . I think you would mean 1/4 bsp for the carb nut side .

I only need one copper fuel line and one water line in copper so I'm going to make mine out of scrapped lines but I'm sure your information is invaluable to others . good job

What is the diameter of the crankshaft where the bearings fit? Could it be 5/8"?

Now look at the size on the drawing and compare

The ID of the bearing is 5/8, the crankshaft is ground slightly smaller to provide oil clearance.

Please note that this crankshaft has a minimum clearance of 1 thou & a maximum of 1.25 thou.

This particular crank is one of the low balance versions that was only used for quite a short period.
