Looking good Rene, did you anneal the brass sheet, I have found some brass sheet to be quite brittle.

I am sure you will sort it, shame we cant get some blank brass caps.

I think I was tring to press too much at once, I am going to make up some dies to press only a little at a time and keep it from creasing, the brass (CZ108) is pretty stretchy but I think I will have to anneal the next batch during the process, I'm pleased I ordered lots of brass sheet.

Here is one I forgotten about.

The one on the left , was on one of my OA's.

Different vent setup, still made by Ceandess, and this has a Pat No. stamped on the side.
