Always tell a late one by the stamp on the exhaust and led, also the plastic parts give it away. I have some spare Mk3 parts about.

This has a split cap and no needle or spring, the needles about I think, if I look, any good.
If the carb is too big it is packed out to the right size, or swap the stub as well.

Keith P very kindly supplied me a model 3 carb, on looking at both minor and model 3 needles they appear to be the same, only the clip on needle is further up on model 3 making needle shorter. Is it a simply a case of changing needles over so i can use minor throttle cable on model 3?

Spare parts arrived today, project sea bee is now back on track.
