I have had my metal inserts since 1974.

This will sort out everything except the prop chip aye. Very easy to use.

Once cured same as base metal re temperature.

Available in AU....................NOT in US or some other places..........................could kill a dolphin?

I asked if all pages were present and correct and then, after a garbled answer, it was withdrawn? no idea why but I presume it was to sell now? bit silly really as if it was as good as it looked it should have been worth a bit more than $10 bucks

coca cola is not bad at cleaning some things (but have you seen what it does to your insides! eekgads) that's the phosphoric acid that's in there!

i use my tried and tested method of sulphuric acid (from dead car batteries) leave the cylinder to bubble and fizz for 24 hours, rinse out and have another go with caustic soda.repeat as many times as you think is neccessary.
alternatively, if you have access to certain tools, you could try what H-A does and sandblast them. (i must look into this more as i reckon this could be the way forward with a lot of cylinder corrosion woes)

would you happen to know if this permatex is any good at being polished once it's cured. Does it have the same appearence as aluminium?
i might have to see if i can find some of this. (interesting, might work out a bit cheaper than welding on some parts i've got kicking about)

When this stuff has gone off, does it polish up (just like normal aluminium)
