Any one with a telephone book can do that anytime. Anyone who has sold anything to me on Ebay can do that. Anyone I have told my address to where ever can do that.

Anyone with my home phone number can reverse look up.

I would not want register names, just what motors general locality in what country.

Interesting that if you have general details of a an individual, you can find out everything using the above where they were back maybe up to 10 years ago?
