				How did you re-do the lettering in the flywheel cover?  (i've used a fine nibbed paint pen you can get from most good art supply shops)
 Nice job that 

  and i like the way you've left most of the patina too. 
I had thought about getting some of these covers stamped out of a sheet of aluminium and then getting them engraved somewhere.
I might still do this one day.

				Hey Jon, I used a very small fine brush (model shop) and mixed the paint with about 1/4 white spirit so that it would go on thinner. This flywheel cover is pretty good though, a more worn one would be trickier I expect! 
I have thought about making one of these too, I was thinking more along the lines of chemical etching, as the lettering is very shallow, could work..?
