Interesting all of this.
I face a similar dilema with my own WSPC standard shaft.
Last year at Cholsey i thought i'd try a 5 blade hydrofan prop on the 'ol girl.
I wasn't that impressed i have to say.
Originally the motor had the 4 blade "weedfree" prop (as per previous pics) which seems to push my heavy (ish) 17 footer much better. Mind you this was on a calm river with hardly any flow to speak of.
