I agree a shame to dump them Charles, but if I can't give them away and I do not want them, there is no point holding them and have them just take up space. Someone on this forum from the USA wanted one. I said he could have for free and that I would take to the USA on a trip that I was taking very soon after his request, so as to save on shipping. Never heard from him again.

Does the weight worry you? Might have to chop some limbs off.

No not that much, its heavy by seagull standards, but it nothing compered to my Yamaha FT9.9LEL (that Yamaha call a portable at 50kg )
But is loud, boy is it loud. the two holes in the exhaust, are like another pipe on there own.
I guess its because i have mainly 102's that have wet exhausts.

What do you do to quite them?

This is one way although I don't recommend it. Charles thought that the extra hole was drilled to allow water back into the exhaust for quietening, seems like a good way to starve the motor of cooling water to me. Interesting what you find when you open them up. Any one else come across this?

I'm not surprised....way to much water in your drum. Must be at least eighteen inches above the water pump. Think of those poor exhaust gases pushing through all that water to escape. They come out the holes instead with hell've a racket. Lower the level and let us know the difference.
